Q: When is my rent due?

A: Rent is always due on the first of each month. Invoices are not mailed to our clients.

Q: When will I be charged a late fee?

A: If we have not received your rent payment in our office by the 5th of the month, a late fee will be charged to your account, according to the specifications set out in your lease agreement.

Q: What do I do if I know my rent will be late?

A: Call the management office to advise.

Q: What should I do if I smell gas?

A: First, call BGE at 410-685-0123. Next, call Gardiner Realty at 410-793-0759.

Q: What do I do if I lost all or partial power in my office?

A: First, check your electric panel for any tripped breakers. Second, call BGE at 410-685-0123 and make them aware of the outage. Third, call Gardiner Realty at 410-793-0759.

Q: How do I handle a parking issue?

A: Try to resolve the issue in a friendly manner with your neighbor first. If that does not resolve the issue, then phone your Gardiner Realty Property Manager.
