Gardiner Realty and Development Co. of Crofton has received two CoStar Power Broker Awards from the CoStar Group
Gardiner Realty and Development Co. of Crofton has received two CoStar Power Broker Awards from the CoStar Group, a commercial real estate independent research firm.
The annual award recognizes the best in commercial real estate brokerage by spotlighting firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales or leases in their markets.
Gardiner Realty qualified as one of the top commercial brokerage firms in the Baltimore/Anne Arundel County market based on its total leasing transactions closed last year. This is the first year that Gardiner Realty has received this award.
In addition, Gerald 'Jerry' W. Morgan, Jr., vice president and associate broker, won a 2010 CoStar Power Broker Award for being a top industrial leasing broker.
It's the second time that Morgan has received this award, having first won it in 2007.
