Gardiner Completes Pre-Leasing at Crofton Bldg.

Newest Site in Priest Bridge Business Park Arrives at Full Occupancy
Gardiner Realty and Development Co. inked a 4,897-square-foot deal with Terra Nova Design to complete pre-leasing at 2151 Priest Bridge Drive in Crofton, MD.
The 66,709-square-foot office building is on 11.2 acres in the 100-acre Priest Bridge Business Park. The now-fully leased site is still under construction, however parts of the building are available for occupancy.
Terra Nova Design's neighbors include National Fallen Fire Fighters Association, AmeriChoice Healthcare Inc., Seamless Gutter Supply, and Advanced Power Control. Force 3 Inc. anchors the property with a 37,737-square-foot occupancy.
