Priest Bridge Business Park Grows
Gardiner Realty and Development completed shell construction of a 37,933 square-foot single story flex building at 2142 Priest Bridge Court.
This structure is the latest addition to the Priest Bridge Business Park in Crofton, MD.
According to Gerald "Jerry" Morgan or Gardiner Realty, 70% of the new space was already leased prior to the completion of the building. The largest tenant thus far, Drew Construction Services Inc., will move into it's 12,360 square feet in July, after tenant build-out has been completed. The other tenants will move in beginning of August.
